Why larger bars achieve better rates
A kilogram bar requires roughly the same testing as a one-ounce piece, spread over about thirty times the material. Larger units therefore pay closer to spot.
Small denominations are not undervalued; they simply cost more to trade. If you have a choice, sell larger units first.
