As a dealer in goods buying precious metals, we are subject to Germany's Anti-Money Laundering Act (GwG). The competent supervisory authority is the Ordnungsamt der Stadt Nordhorn. The Landkreis Grafschaft Bentheim is responsible for trade supervision.
